It is lightweight and easy to maneuver over all types of terrain, and has a padded, 35° reclining seat and adjustable 5-point safety harness for additional positioning. It features a curved handle for pushing comfort, and has a handbrake with parking button to lock the individual rear parking brake. It comes standard with a 16” front wheel AND swivel front wheel kit, and has quick release wheels with 16” pneumatic tires with puncture resistant tubes to provide a smooth ride. Individual foot straps help hold feet securely for passengers with lower body weakness or spasticity.It also comes with a multi-position sun canopy with clear view window. For convenience, the Freedom has a large storage basket under the seat, as well as a pocket on the back of the seat with zippered compartment for keys or cell phones. It folds compactly with no need for tools, and has a 200 lb. weight capacity.Optional accessories include a mesh Bug Canopy, a clear vinyl Rain Canopy, and a Carry Bag for easy transport. The Footwell Kit replaces the regular footplate and is easy to install. It provides a total of 5 more inches of legroom for passengers with longer legs, providing a more comfortable ride. The Highback Kit simply attaches right to the top of the stroller seat. It provides a total of 6 more inches to seat back height for additional head support for passengers with a longer torso.
