Mike DeWilde, OTR/L

Our world could be a healthier place and Mike’s doing his best to make a difference, wanting to push health care to put more emphasis on health prevention and community well-being.

He’s a skilled communicator and health educator and is always striving to be a healthy role-model for his family (his current fitness passions are kettlebells and steel clubs). He also enjoys reading, music, movies, and almost getting enough sleep most nights.

In addition to being an occupational therapist, Mike DeWilde is a husband, father, and freelance health writer. You can learn more about him and see his other healthcare writing at MRD Writing.
