Not for everyone
I was advised to purchase this sling from my doctor after having surgery to fix 2 labrum tears.
Negatives: Hard to sleep with this sling due to the thick large straps, not breathable I broke out in a rash after 2 days, very difficult to put on and off unless you have help, arm goes numb while sleeping.
After 6 days using this sling, I had to buy a different one. I use this one only for walking or car rides as the pillow helps absorb the bumps on the road.
