I bought a pricey shower commode chair. The hole was big and was deemed unsafe to use as my bottom slips through the said hole. I sought assistance from rehabmart about my predicament but I was shunned by one Aaron and intimated these:1. It was my fault for not doing my research about the product(I did by calling and asked questions but their rep didn’t mention that my bottom has to be big to fit); 2. I merely sought assistance as to make it useful and Aaron said that the product is non returnable and that the only assistance he can do is recommend/sell me another shower chair. When I declined, he said he will no longer continue with our conversation; 3. Aaron likewise uttered, “ this time the customer isn’t right”. I am very displeased with their customer service and will never recommend anybody doing business with this company.
I contacted the supplier (TR group) and sought assistance from them. Now my woes are being attended to ‘rude free’.
