The K-3oem and K-4oem Expandable Mattress Systems are innovative sleeping options created to deliver personalized comfort and support. These systems are notable for their versatility, providing expandable width choices of 36, 39, 42, and 48 inches, along with length choices of 80, 84, and 88 inches. This adaptability is accomplished via expansion regulator valves positioned at the foot end of the mattress, with the width expansion valve on the right and the length expansion valve on the left. This characteristic enables the mattress to fit different bed dimensions and individual choices.

An important aspect of these systems is the integrated Heel Zone Regulator, which includes four cells aimed at improving user comfort. This area can be modified separately from the other parts of the mattress, providing softer or firmer support for the heels as required. The modification is made easy with a Heel Knob that can be twisted to the preferred setting. The mattress is made with removable urethane-coated nylon, featuring a top sheet that is low-friction and low-shear to improve comfort significantly. The air cushions offer excellent breathability and permeability, enhancing airflow and comfort.
