The Posey® Custom-Fitted Side Rail Pads show a high level of innovative design in bed accessories. These pads are distinctive due to their contoured shape, which enables them to fit securely on the side rails without affecting the functioning of the bed. At the center of these pads lies a sturdy 1-inch layer of medium-density foam.
