Normal / Ground ShippingMost small (non-freight) parcel items are processed within 24 hours during the Monday-Friday business week and are shipped from the distribution warehouse within 48-72 hours, via 3-7 business day ground delivery service (unless an alternate lead-time is notated on the product page). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning. We will attempt to notify you by email and provide a tracking # when your product(s) ship.Freight ShippingHeavy items (anything over 150 lbs), bulk-freight, palletized truck items and custom fabrication made-to-order items may have longer shipping lead times. Customer will be notified as soon as truck-freight items become available for overland freight shipment. If you do not have a loading-dock, be sure to choose lift-gate as your delivery option when purchasing an overland-freight truck item.Free Shipping on Prime Products: We offer Free Shipping on thousands of Prime Product orders to U.S. Addresses (lower 48 states). Free Shipping does not include inside delivery, setup, or removal of debris. Flat Rate Shipping: We offer $9.00 Flat Rate Shipping on all Non-Prime product orders to U.S. Addresses (lower 48 states). Freight Charges for Oversized Items: Large Dimensional, Bulky, Oversized, Palletized and Heavy Weight items will incur additional (per item) shipping, handling & freight charges. Freight items will ship via a Freight Shipping Company on a transfer truck or large box truck. Per item additional freight charges are displayed when possible in the additional freight field beside the product ID and in the shopping cart prior to checkout. Sometimes, additional freight charges depend on other factors (for example: whether you have a loading dock or not) and must be billed separately after we obtain a freight quote with the overland freight trucking company.
