"I ordered a lift sling that I had not been able to find anywhere else. When the delivery seemed to be taking longer than I had expected, I sent an email to customer service asking when it would arrive. They responded to me the same day with a delivery date that was still some days away. I explained that I hadn't expected it to take so long and that I really needed it ASAP. They quickly got back to me and told me that they had been able to rush the delivery out to me and that I should receive it within the next couple of days, which I did. Top quality, was using a very old one at my therapy and it was still in great condition after years of use and getting tossed around.

The triangle neck pads rotate! Seems trivial but it's very helpful. Great head strap with top quality Velcro on both sides and the bag is very nice and helpful with a Cary strap and adjustable shoulder strap.

The only complaint about this device is I wish it was a little shorter so it would fit under my bed and so I could get less than 15° incline like some others but this is rated the best for a reason.

I never tried the other models but I can say if you only buy this Saunders brand you will be very happy. This one also has a very slow and precise neck adjustment which is more important than you might think.

Also if you have cervical arthritis, muscle issues, compression, post car accident/TBI this will help you out a lot. This machine reduces my pain and improved my ability to turn my head more, and without as much pain/pinching or having to crack my neck.

Well made, sturdy chair. Doesn't get bogged down in sand but, it is difficult to grab or not have hands slip on oversized wheels and be able to move yourself forward or backward. I am 6' 3" tall and 255 lbs

Very comfortable chair, easy to navigate through narrow spaces. Some of the plastic parts are not that well manufactured, few of them are a bit edgy. We couldn't put up the hand rings due to the narrowness of our doors, so I use the wheel itself to drive what also has a quite sharp touching.

I am very pleased with this Bonn Ergonomic Shower Chair. With the help of an assistant, I transfer into the chair, roll over the toilet (with toilet seat in up position) in order to go to the bathroom, and then roll into the shower to take a shower.
The chair is sturdy, a good value, and works great! It works better than any other bathroom/shower equipment that I have used.

I had a total knee replacement on my right knee almost one year ago. I immediately recognized the need for a lift chair to assist me in my every day activities and after exhaustive research identified the perfect product. Viva Atlas Lift Recliner PLR985. Obtaining one however proved to be most difficult as they are manufactured on the East Coast and I live in California. After searching for literally almost a year for this model or a suitable substitution ( which does not exist) I ran across Rehabmart.com and although I am almost at 100 percent recovered, there is a possibility I may have to have my other knee replaced. This made the chair even more critical for me and I can honestly say Rehabmart definitely delivered (in more ways than one). I would like to personally thank Ms. Dulce Rodriguez for making it possible to finally receive one. Ms. Rodriguez was there for me during each step of the process, from order confirmation, to delivery arrangements, to contracting a local technician to properly assemble and test the chair by calling me every day and keeping me up to date on the status of my order. I actually received the chair much sooner than expected considering coordination was actually accomplished coast to coast. I highly recommend Rehabmart for anyone needing Healthcare appliances. If it is necessary to order your product online, they can be trusted to meet and exceed your every expectations.

It was my first time buying an item so big online, but was not disappointed at all! The item came in a big box with things inside to cushion the item. The item came all in one piece and works well. This is a great chair. It’s easy to set up, it’s comfortable, and appears sturdy. It folds to a pretty small size, which makes it easy to stash if it needs to be moved or removed for others. We’ve used it in the shower as well as over the toilet. It works!

A sleep wedge was recomended by the doctor after my husband spent a few days in the hospital. Most of the ones on the market are 18-24" wide. The one we purchased is queen size so we both use it and we don't roll off of it when we sleep like you would with a narrower one. It helps us both sleep better. Our only complaint is that the cover is difficult to put back on after washing and twists on the foam.

My son has muscular atrophy and is not able to lay on a regular mattress. This mattress helps him to prevent getting decubitus.

This chair really helped. What I loved the most about it is that every piece is adjustable, not a regular shower chair. I find the back material a little bit aggressive for my skin.

Great bike for exercise however the shipping took 8 weeks due to global supply chain issues. The customer service stayed in touch with me to give me updates which helped. When I received the bike the tire was flat and the handle bars were not welded well. Overall, I would rate it a 7/10.

Best chair I have ever had. I live in this chair. I can move around my house without the difficulty I had with my previous chair. I put the back in the folded position,
And I can maneuver myself all over. Fits nicely in WC Bus, and fits in back seat of our truck, and. Can go everywhere with it. Very smooth riding, comfortable sitting,
And easy moving and manuvuering. Love it!!!
