The Mobi Height-Adjustable Changing Table and Transfer Aid can be used for everything from changing diapers to transferring mobility-limited individuals from room to room, and is suitable for use with both adults and children. The Mobi can be made of either powder-coated aluminum or stainless steel; the former is lightweight and easier to transport, while the latter is more sturdy and durable. Four swivel casters grant the Mobi adaptable maneuverability, allowing it to clear tight corners; locking mechanisms on each wheel activated with the foot ensure the table stays safely stationary when needed.
To reduce strain on the caregiver, the Mobi can be raised and lowered at the touch of a button; rather than bending over uncomfortably to reach the patient, the caregiver can raise the entire table to a more ergonomically-correct working height. Getting patients onto and off of the table is also made easier when the level of the table can be adjusted to the patient's needs. The wide-lip side rails help keep the patient securely on the table for the entire process; both fold down completely out of the way as needed to smooth transitions onto and off of the table.
An option for an adjustable head section is available; make sure to leave a note in your order if you'd like it added to your table, but keep in mind that this will add a 6-8 week lead time to the manufacturing of the table.
