The OS-Champ comes equipped with 5 auto-massage programs along with a manual option:

Relax offers slow kneading and heavy tapping.

Stretch stretches out the full body and especially targets the hands, back muscles, and hamstrings.

Upper Back can be used with any manual massage style and massages the head, neck, and shoulders.

Lower Back may also be used with any manual massage style and massages the lumbar and middle of the back.

Demo is just as it sounds - you may use the instructional mode to experience a snippet of each massage style.
