More Information

The Dallas Bariatric Shower Chair by Rebotec is a versatile bathing aid that can accommodate practically anyone. Its four swivel casters allow patients to be wheeled in and out of tubless showers for easy transfers and effective hygiene routines. This allows caregivers to get the patient in and out of the chair in a convenient, open location instead of the tiny confines of a shower. The ergonomically-designed armrests swing out of the way for better access during bathing and to ease transitions in and out of the chair.

The footrests can be adjusted independently up and down to suit patient preference and are detachable for patients who do not prefer or need them. Both footrests swing outwards out of the way for easier caregiver access and unobstructed transitions in and out of the chair.

The soft seat of the chair is adapted for proper upright posture that won't close the pelvis region and reduces pressure on the hips. A hygiene opening in the seat with the included easy-clean bedpan allows the chair to be used as a commode chair, both bedside and over the toilet. The wide, padded backrest enhances patient comfort, and the 440-pound weight capacity accommodates almost any patient.
