I use the pillow as a cervical neck roll to help prevent pinched nerves which otherwise cause numbness in my fingers. The pillow works okay for awhile, but soon wears out losing its firmness and therefore not providing the support my neck needs.

I have been using this product since I injured my neck as a hairdresser back in the nineties, it was prescribed by my Chiropractor. I can not go anywhere without it or sleep without it. I love the support it gives my neck and the quality is outstanding, my pillows will last me for about 3-5 years before reordering them. I keep one in my travel trailer, Core products are the only ones who carry this pillow.

My wife bought a pillow like this 15 years ago and won't sleep on anything else. She has tried in vain to find a desperately needed replacement. The options on Amazon were either memory foam or too hard. This is the replacement pillow we have searched for. The only reason for 4 stars is it should come with a cover instead of requiring a separate purchase.
