Smirthwaite Mobi Height-Adjustable Shower Trolley

The Mobi Height-Adjustable Shower Trolley is designed to ensure that caregivers can easily and comfortably access patients during bathing routines. With the touch of a button, caregivers can raise and lower the trolley to sit at their most convenient and functional working height, eliminating the need to bend over and put strain on the spine. To assist patients with getting into and out of the trolley, caregivers can lower the platform to align with the patients wheelchair or other mobility device. All height adjustments are made with a simple, straightforward hand control that features a long, coil-style cord to ensure caregivers can reach the controls from any position around the trolley.

The trolley sits on four swiveling casters, allowing it to be rolled to the patient, rather than the other way around; each caster is equipped with a foot-activated locking mechanism to ensure the trolley stays safely immobile during use. The frame of the trolley is made of durable stainless steel that is both waterproof and rust-resistant, ensuring it wont corrode or deteriorate in wet environments. An integrated drain makes it easy to drain the trolley of any remaining water once bathing is complete. A wide lip around all four sides of the trolley platform allows caregivers to stopper the drain and fill the trolley with an inch or two of water for a bath-like experience; the platform and edges are made of sealed vinyl material that keeps water inside and is easy to sanitize between uses. In addition to the wide lip, dual side rails help provide a firm barrier to keep patients safely within the trolley. Both rails can be lowered down completely out of the way for easier transitioning onto and off of the platform, as well as greater access of the patient for the caregiver. The head-end of the trolley can be raised slightly to provide gentle head elevation, meeting both comfort and medical need.
