RimAir Light Inflatable Bathing and Shower System

The RimAir Light Inflatable Shower and Bathing System brings the luxury of a full shower experience to bed-bound or limited mobility individuals, eliminating the need for unsatisfying sponge baths. The deflated tub slides easily beneath a bed-bound patient with minimal shifting, and can be inflated once properly positioned, creating a full-body tub around the patient; at 84 inches long and 36 inches wide, the tub is sure to accommodate patients of all shapes and sizes. All four sides of the tub are raised 12 inches high to ensure both patient and water remain securely in the tub, helping to prevent overflow and splashing. A mattress protector is included with the system to help protect bedding from any stray water drops, and can similarly slide easily beneath the patient, or be applied at the same time as other bedding. The included tub patch kit extends the life of the tub by allowing leaks to be repaired with ease.

The head pillow features a small, square basin with a supportive cushion designed to sit at the base of the skull; this elevates the head away from the basin, making it easier to wash even long, thick hair. As the head pillow is also inflatable, it can slide beneath the patient's head just as the tub slides beneath their body, requiring little to no movement from the patient. An inflation/deflation pump is included to make both set-up and take-down convenient and easy.

The showerhead maintains a gentle water pressure that allows caregivers to rinse patients from head to toe without abrading or irritating the skin. Thanks to the included universal adapter, the hose of the showerhead can be installed onto almost any standard faucet for easy access to a water supply. The included drainage hose allows caregivers to direct dirty water away from the bath straight to the desired disposal area without any splashing or mess.

Each system includes an inflatable full-body tub, an inflatable head pillow, a shower head with tubing, a universal sink adaptor, a drainage hose, an inflation/deflation pump, a mattress protector, and a tub patch kit, ensuring you have everything you need to get through every step of the bathing process comfortably and confidently.
