Spinal traction is a form of back pain management often used by chiropractors and physical therapists. Tractive therapy uses either manual or mechanical means to stretch the spine, thus taking pressure off of the spine's discs through the process of decompression. The cervical form of this treatment is useful for addressing a number of conditions like whiplash and other adverse neck-related injuries.

Top quality, was using a very old one at my therapy and it was still in great condition after years of use and getting tossed around.

The triangle neck pads rotate! Seems trivial but it's very helpful. Great head strap with top quality Velcro on both sides and the bag is very nice and helpful with a Cary strap and adjustable shoulder strap.

The only complaint about this device is I wish it was a little shorter so it would fit under my bed and so I could get less than 15° incline like some others but this is rated the best for a reason.

I never tried the other models but I can say if you only buy this Saunders brand you will be very happy. This one also has a very slow and precise neck adjustment which is more important than you might think.

Also if you have cervical arthritis, muscle issues, compression, post car accident/TBI this will help you out a lot. This machine reduces my pain and improved my ability to turn my head more, and without as much pain/pinching or having to crack my neck.

My auto insurer paid more than $60,000 in physio therapy fees over a 10 year period. And argued for 4 years to not provide a Saunders neck traction tool, after my head went through the windshield of my truck. My surgeon wanted to fuse the vertebrae. I am happy to say, that within 3 months of receiving the tool, 90% of my pain went away !! And, I was able to return to work.

I just began using my cervical spine rehabilitation machine, so it may be a little time before I can provide an accurate review. But for the short time that I have used it, it seems to be working as advertised. Im hoping for some reasonable results. I just began a physical therapy program and my doctor says this is a very good addition to my rehabilitation.

This device is wonderful. I am 70, and I have suffered with neck pain my whole life. I have had more Chiropractor visits than I could count. The relief never lasted more than a day. Pain medication did not bring relief. However, the Saunders Cervical Home Traction device gives me the relief I have

Best in the world
I was blessed with this almost 10 years ago after a broken neck in a car accident. I still use it when my neck gets tight and it is still 100% reliablle and provides consistent relief when needed. If you have this you have options to manage your pain when you dont want to choose surgical interventions.
