Rehabmart loves to serve International Customers!

You have two options for placing international orders with Rehabmart.com

Option #1: You can contact Rehabmart at quotes@rehabmart.com to receive a shipping quote on the product you desire and then pay via wire transfer. ($30 wire transfer fee applies) We will email wire istructions upon request. After wire payment is received, the Rehabmart team will then coordinate International Shipping of your item(s) and will provide email tracking information to the email address you have provided.

Option #2: You can checkout online using the "International Checkout" option which is processed via Bongo International, our online International Freight Forwarding Partner.

We have dedicated representatives who focus on our international customers and their needs. Our customer service agents can help you with large volume quotes or with other business requests. If you desire a shipping quote, or a quote for a large quantity order, please email our Quotes Department at quotes@rehabmart.com and a representative will then email you a spreadsheet detailing your total order cost, including international shipping cost.

Wire Transfer is the fastest and most secure way to make payment, however we also accept Money Orders and certified Bank Cashiers Checks. When using paper payment form, your payment for international orders should only be mailed using tracking and delivery confirmation. Wire transfer is the quickest and preferred payment format. There is a $30 fee for inbound wire transfers to offset bank service charges.

Here's your other option. Rehabmart has partnered with Bongo International, our freight forwarding and International Logistics Shipping Partner. You can setup an account with Bongo International at https://bongous.com/ Bongo will establish a physical US address for you where they will receive your US orders. Additionally, they perform a few security checks where they confirm your new Bongo account both with you and your credit card company. This protects you (the International Customer) and us (the Merchant). You can then go online at https://www.rehabmart.com/ and on other Bongo partner sites and process your orders online. Rehabmart then ships your products to your personally assigned US Bongo mailing address. Bongo handles domestic delivery of your order, they consolidate all of the items you have purchased, even if the items are from multiple website vendors, and then they safely pack everything into a box, and ship your goods to your home address in your home country.
