HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICE, & GUAM ORDERS:

and Guam orders
do incur additional shipping surcharges. Please email us

or call us toll-free at 1-800-827-8283 to receive a shipping
rate quote for all Alaska and Hawaii outbound orders. We cannot
process or ship Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam orders without first
charging the customer additional shipping charges. So,
please call or email the RehabMart office prior to placing
your online order and inquire about the specific product
shipping charge to these states and territories. The shipping charge
does vary with each product depending upon size, weight, and
speed of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
RehabMart does accept
international orders with "secure" payment. RehabMart
does not accept international "credit
card" orders. We do however accept
money order, cashier's check, traveler's check, bank draft, wire transfers*(see
note below) and
other forms of 'secure payment' from international
customers. If you live outside of the United States of
America, and you wish to place an order, send your
cashiers check, bank draft, traveler's check, money order, or other form of
'secure' payment to the address listed
below. Please call or email the office to receive a
shipping rate quote for your specific item: include the
product stock number and preferred speed/method of

We consider all orders
that do not originate in the 50-contiguous United States of
America as an international order. U.S.
territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico
and American Samoa are also considered
"international" in respect to RehabMart order
processing. Again, we are happy to place all
international orders, but we must first receive secure payment
for the product prior to the shipping-out of the
product.
All international orders
will be promptly shipped upon receipt of order forms which are
accompanied by secure payment.
Customer is
responsible for charges associated with wire transfer.
Domestic wire transfer fee is $15.00 and International transfer
fee is $20.00.
