Standard Products: $9.00 Flat
Rate Handling fee per order to U.S. Addresses
Oversized, Bulky, and Heavy Weight items usually incur additional (per item)
shipping & handling fees. These per item additional shipping charges are displayed when possible in the additional shipping field beside the
product ID and in the shopping cart prior to checkout. Sometimes, shipping charges depend on other factors (for example: whether you have a loading dock or not) and must be billed separately after checking with the Rehabmart shipping vendor.

HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO & GUAM ORDERS:
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam orders do incur
additional shipping surcharges. Please email us @

or call us toll-free at 1-800-827-8283 to receive a shipping
rate quote for all Alaska and Hawaii outbound orders. We
cannot process or ship Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam
orders without first charging the customer additional
shipping charges. Please call or email the
RehabMart office prior to placing your online order to
receive a shipping quote to these
states and territories. Shipping charges vary
with each product depending upon size, weight, and speed of
delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
RehabMart happily accepts international orders with "secure"
payment. We accept money orders,
cashiers check, travelers check, bank draft, wire
transfers and other forms of secure
payment from international customers. RehabMart does not accept credit
card payments from International Customers. If you live
outside of the United States of America, and you wish to
place an order, send your cashiers check, bank draft,
travelers check, money order, or other form of secure
payment to the address listed below. Please call or
email the office to receive a shipping rate quote for your
specific item: include the product ID number and
preferred speed/method of shipping.
International shipping rates are generally quite high.

We consider all orders that
do not originate in the United States of
America as an international order. U.S.
territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico and American Samoa are
also considered "international" in respect to RehabMart
order processing. Hawaii and Alaska ordes will incur additional shipping charges. Again, we are happy to place all
international orders, but we must first receive secure
payment for the product prior to the shipping-out of the
product.
All international orders will
be promptly shipped upon receipt of order forms which are
accompanied by secure payment.
Customer is responsible for
charges associated with wire transfer. Domestic Bank wire
transfer fee is $15.00 and International Bank wire transfer fee is
$20.00.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
CANNOT BE RETURNED:
International
orders cannot be returned - all sales are final with
International orders. We have a 30 day return policy
on domestic (US) orders, but this is not possible with
International orders. Rehabmart does purchase shipping
insurance on all international orders to cover shipping
damages which may occur to products during international
shipment. If your product is damaged, notify us upon
arrival of the product. We will file an insurance
claim with the shipping vendor so that the damaged product(s)
can be replaced. If a product is returned as unclaimed
on an international shipment, shipping fees and product
restocking fees will apply. International customers
are responsible for customs, taxes, and levies which may be
assessed by the local government upon importation of the
product into the customers' respective country. Refer to
