The Fitterfirst Slide Board features a smooth center surface for your feet to slide along as you replicate moves similar to those done in speed skating, hockey, figure skating, tennis, football, basketball, and soccer to name a few. There are two rubber board bumpers included with the rehabilitation board. One of the bumpers remains stationary at one end of the board while the second bumper can be adjusted to slowly increase your agility and performance.
The 8-foot long sports recovery board has four adjustment levels for your lateral leg strength recovery. The first one is located at 5-feet while the others are located in one-foot increments up to the 8-foot mark. The endurance and performance training unit weighs 23-pounds so it can easily be picked up and moved for storage. Each sliding board is less than 2-feet wide which allows plenty of room for agility training.
