The POSAlinc 360 Knee Adductor with 3x4 Pad swings away in any direction while remaining attached. The design allows for great compatibility with various chair configurations. When swung back into place the adductor locks back into the original position. A release knob prevents any play for a more comfortable and secure fit while preventing accidental release or irritation to skin. Knee adductors position knees out of abduction into better alignment for improved weight bearing and stability.

More Information

Multi-positioning posts and joints allow for precise placement and adjustment. Control the lateral and anterior distance between the pad and mounting point, as well as the angle of the pad and height of the post.

Mounting hardware includes a four-prong clamp for two points of contact with the tubing and track mounting option for wheelchairs without a hanger mount.

Standard and Extended post sizes are available. Extended are suggested for use with power wheelchairs, high cushions or for clients who benefit from a higher mounted Knee Adductor pad.

Other pad sizes are available at the links above to accommodate pediatric and adult users. Stock pads include ½" Medium SunMate with a black Neoprene cover.

One year warranty on all soft goods from order date; lifetime warranty on all hardware.
