Stanzme Pediatric Supine Stander Package - 2 Sizes

Providing maximum support for upright weight-bearing, the Stanzme Pediatric Supine Stander Package is ideal for children who have poor head control and low muscle tone. Its comprehensive angle adjustment range enables the stander to be positioned horizontally in a supine, or flat-lying position, facilitating safe and simple placement of the child. Once they're strapped in, the stander is easy to raise to the desired angle (up to 90-degrees) with the convenient foot pedal piston. Available in two sizes, the Small model accommodates children between ages 1 and 7, who are within a 33 to 55-inch height range, weighing up to 70-pounds. The Large model accommodates children between ages 7 and 14, within a 53 to 65-inch height range, who weigh up to 130-pounds. Regardless of their size, the child is always positioned at the lowest possible height and the adjustability of the stander allows it to 'grow' up with the child.

A multitude of helpful positioning supports come standard with this pediatric supine stander package, facilitating customization to meet your child's unique needs. Improving posture and balance, lateral trunk and hip pads stabilize and support the hips and trunk, while they also optimize user comfort. (2) 2-inch Velcro straps are used in conjunction with the trunk and hip supports to safely position the child into place. Additional trunk support is provided by the anterior chest harness, which prevents the trunk, neck, and head from anterior flexion, while it also allows for shoulder protraction. Adjustable in both width and height, the lateral knee supports with knee straps can be used either inside or outside the knee area to keep the legs in place. Shoe holders with adjustable Velcro ankle and toe straps also help to keep the legs in place by maintaining the feet in a secure and stable position.

Perfect for children lacking in the strength or ability to control or lift their head and shoulders, the flat headrest with laterals ensures comfortable support. The stander's tray is both height and angle adjustable, providing a convenient space for communication devices, snacks, and other activity materials. It can also be removed with its included hardware. Easy to mobilize with its smooth-rolling casters, the casters are also lockable for stationary security during transfers.
