FAQ For Upper-Arm Talking Blood Pressure Monitor

? Have a question about this product? Click here to ask us!
My talking blood pressure monitor doesn't measure accurately. The readings are either too high or too low. How do I make it work properly?
Answer: This may be due to improper application of the cuff, moving the arm or body during measurement, or having the cuff, not in the correct position. Ensure that the cuff is applied correctly and that it remains still and quiet throughout the measurement. Sit comfortably and still during measurement and place your arm on a table with your palm facing upward and the cuff at the same level as your heart.
Nothing happens when I turn the display on, is my device broken?
Answer: This may be due to the batteries being drained on having the batteries, not in the correct positions. Either replace the batteries with new ones or reinstall the batteries with negative and positive terminals to match those indicated on the battery compartment.
My cuff does not inflate. How do I solve this problem?
Answer: If your cuff does not inflate, that might be due to low battery voltage. You should see a low battery mark blink. If the batteries are completely drained the mark will not appear. To solve this, replace all batteries with new ones.
