The Touch-Test Sensory Evaluators are used to test sensory levels, both diminishing and returning, for accurate recording of data. These evaluators are each carefully calibrated to within a 5% deviation of the predetermined force level. The handles open and close to expose the filament, so they can safely be carried in a pocket or in the carrying case without damage. The Touch-Test Sensory Evaluators have indentations for fingers so they are comfortable to hold, and each one is marked in color code with the pressure level.

Individual replacement Sensory Evaluators are sold separately, including the 5.07, which indicates loss of protective sensation for foot.
