Now how do they use the energy you generate? Well, when an Eco-Powr machine is plugged into an outlet, the power cord is pulling double duty, bringing electricity in as needed, but pushing electricity back out whenever generated. This means if you’re not pedaling enough to make up for what the machine needs, you’re still saving some power regardless. Also called sustainable fitness equipment, this concept comes from the avoidance of natural resources in an attempt to maintain a balance in the environment. Now that may seem like a difficult concept at first, but it’s basically just saying “Only take out what you can put in.” You know the old tried and true “leave a penny, take a penny” tins at small shops?
