The ADA Compliant Hearing Impaired Alert Device Kit for Guest Rooms is a useful combination of tools and accessories for hotels and motels. This kit makes it easy and affordable for facilities to comply with the requirements set by the Americans with Disabilities Act and accommodate to the special needs of individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Each kit comes with a CentralAlert Notification Systemthat features a vibrating alarm clock/receiver with a hanging door sensor. This alarm clock has a signaler, bed shaker, as well as a built-in flashing strobe light that will alert those who are deaf or hard of hearing if an alarm goes off, a phone rings, or if someone knocks at the door. The kit also include a useful audio sensor that can be placed by the rooms smoke alarm. If the alarm sounds, the audio sensor detects it and sends a signal to the alarm clock/signaler that will activate the flashing strobe light and bed shaker. This helps the guest remain safe even if they are unable to hear the sound of the alarm.

Additional items in this kit include a telephone in-line handset amplifier that plugs into the hotel rooms existing telephone system to amplify calls, and a soft carrying case that fits all of the included components.
