There are two different therapy mats inside this mat set: the PEMF Therapy TAJ InfraMat Pro® Full on the bottom and InfraMat Pro® Gemstone Therapy Soft-Mat FULL on the top. Hot Stone Therapy, which is provided in both mats relaxes the muscles and lowers tension and anxiety levels. This therapy style is utilized in the mats by heating their embedded gemstones.
