Size is everything
There needs to be a size between the small and the medium. The small cuts off the circulation in a small arm and the medium falls right off. Food for thought!!

Cubital tunnel syndrome - Great product - almost perfect
This product is the best I have found for cubital tunnel syndrome / ulnar nerve problems. At night sufferers need to prevent their elbow from bending to avoid numbness in the little finger and ring finger. Most similar braces will keep the arm totally straight, which is not always necessary and can be very uncomfortable over night. This product always the patient to have some movement but still prevents a complete elbow bend.

Only two suggestions to the manufacturers for future developments:
1) the moulded portion has a tendency to slip out sometimes - the velcro does not really do an adequate job of keeping it in place - I wonder if it could be secured using a popper button through a hole in the moulded plastic?

2) over time, the material can became stretched so the moulded plastic is no longer held tight to the lower arm, which means it becomes possible to bend your arm more than desired. I suspect my previous suggestion would mitigate this problem also.
