The interior of the splint is lined with antimicrobial terry cloth material. The neoprene and terry cloth material are included in the splints design to ensure that while wearing the splint your skin stays cool and comfortable. The antimicrobial terry cloth is included in the design to help fight off pathogens that may develop on the surface.

The distinctively longer wrap-around thumb splint can help those suffering from conditions including tendonitis, arthritis, de Quervain's, joint instabilities, and even post-surgical wrist and thumb repairs. The reinforced stitching design of the splint allows you to trim the splint below the thumb MP joint in order to make wearing the splint more comfortable.
