The Cando Digi-Flex Hand/Finger Exerciser is a simple-but-effective tool for developing these strength and dexterities. The buttons are ergonomically designed with an indentation for each finger to rest upon, allowing exercises to target individual fingers. A second row of springs attaches to the divider all together, providing a secondary level of resistance.
