The K-3oem, K-4oem, and K-Zoem Universal Mattress Systems are innovative products that offer exceptional flexibility and functionality. These systems are based on the designs of the K-3oem EZ-AIRE, K-4oem AIRE-FLOAT, and K-Zoem EZ-TURN pressure systems, incorporating advanced features for enhanced comfort and usability.

One of the key features of these mattress systems is their adjustable size. The standard configuration is 80 x 36 x 10 inches, but the length can be easily modified. Users can adjust the mattress length to 84, 80, 76, or 72 inches by simply unzipping the air cell cover and unplugging the last cell. This feature allows for quick and easy customization to fit different space requirements. The height of the mattress is also adjustable, ranging from 8 to 10 inches.

Inflation is controlled by a four-position valve located at the foot-side of the mattress, allowing for precise adjustment. Users can choose from multiple therapy styles, including True LAL with pulsating wave therapy, Alternating True LAL, or Rotation True LAL, to suit individual preferences.

The mattress systems also feature a specialized heel zone that can be adjusted separately from the main mattress, providing targeted support. For added convenience, there's an option to inflate only the foot section of the mattress if needed.

One of the standout features of these mattress systems is their transportability. The valve selector can be rotated to deflate the mattress while keeping the bladders inflated, allowing for safe and easy movement of the occupant. In case of emergency procedures, a quick deflation option is available by disconnecting the air pad plug labeled DEFLATE at the foot end of the mattress.
