More Information

An extremely important part of exercises and rehabilitation is stretching. As a person stretches they are lengthening the muscle and improving flexibility. This protects the muscles from tears or sprains that can occur while exercising or performing strenuous activities. Stretching is also practiced to release tension and increase overall energy.

Using an incline board to stretch not only stretches the calves and ankles, it also stretches the upper and lower back. The last slot on the incline board provides an excellent place to hold onto while stretching to increase the pull of the stretch.

The unique design of the board allows the incline slots to fold into the board and the board folds neatly to a mere 3-inch board. The compact design allows the board to be taken along for traveling or even to work for mid-day stretching.
