Among the many useful features of the Golden Compass Scooter is its surprisingly large operating range. The scooter uses its high-powered, rechargeable NF-22 batteries to provide up to 12 miles of mobility between charges. This ensures users can get a sizable amount of traveling done before needing to recharge the batteries. When the batteries finally do require a recharge, they can be removed from the scooter and charged using the provided off-board charger. This means that the scooter does not need to remain in one location while the batteries are charged.

Beyond the scooter's impressive durability and long-distance operating range, it also provides users with a number of handy features for convenience and comfort. The scooter is available with a number of different accessories to ensure users are well-supported and comfortable, including elevated leg rests, swing-away footrests, a footplate extensions, and specialized leg supports. Joining this, the armrests and headrest of the scooter are fully adjustable, which allows users to shift these rests into a position that is most comfortable. The overall seat height is also adjustable, as users can choose between 5 seat height positions based on their preferences.
