The Hausmann Patented Mobility Platform with Electric Height Bars is height adjustable from the starting height 29 inches to 44 inches high. These motorized bars are run by four direct drive synchronized lifting columns. The control panel is located near where the patient enters the bars; it has push button controls with a digital bar read out. The control panel box is double insulated for safety and is equipped with a 2-prong plug and cord. The power requirements of the Hausmann Patented Mobility Platform are: 110 V, 60 Hz, 2.5 amps. The handrails are 1.5 diameter stain steel. Width can be manually adjusted from 15 inches to 28 inches wide with control knobs.

The uprights are 26.5 inches apart. The hardwood platform has a satin finish, and grommet holes recessed into it. The placement ladder consists of 11 variably placed ladder steps. These steps are placed into the grommet holes in the platform. The spacing and location of the ladder steps can be adjusted to be positioned to fit the patients gait training. The Hausmann Patented Mobility Platform with Electric Height Bars has a balance beam that is equipped with an anti-slip surface and dowel pins to assure placement. The ends are tapered and have slip resistant treads on them for easy access to the patient's wheelchair.
