The Balance & Stability Fit Disc is used to build upon exercises by further engaging the body to ensure that it is stable during the duration of the exercise. By creating an unstable surface to work on, the fit disc forces the body to stabilize with additional muscles while also working the usual muscle groups the exercise engages. These exercises can greatly improve the strength of the back, abdomen, spine, and additionally promote good posture. This disc is also great for individuals who have to sit in a stationary position for a long period of time and need a bit more movement to their day in order to not stiffen up after days and days of little movement.
The Fit Disc is available in black and is made of a high-tensile, anti-burst plastic that can hold up to 350 lbs. The disc features a textured surface that offers grip and comfort. The reverse side features tons of projections that ensure that the disc is firmly planted against the surface it is on and does not slip during exercise. It can be inflated with a standard ball needle and pump that comes with the disc.
