The Large Vertical Open Chart Racks provide a portable and convenient way to organize and centrally locate patient medical charts in one easy-to-access place. Constructed with a strong, durable, and long-lasting welded-steel frame, the chart rack can handle the heavy, daily use of a high-traffic facility. 4" solid rubber smooth-rolling casters allow patient charts to be wheeled quickly and easily wherever they are needed, be it behind the nurse's station or down the hall to a patient's room; two of these casters lock to keep the cart securely stationary once properly located and positioned. With its open-face, vertical design, staff can easily access the record they need while also ensuring patient confidentiality and chart safety for other charts stored on the rack.

The smooth-rolling medical chart racks are available with 2, 3, 4, or 5 shelves, with or without a large big beam, and can store a chart capacity of 15, 30, 45, or 60 charts ranging in width or depth between 2.75" up to 3.5". The racks come with a 7-year guarantee and in a choice of wood grain, beige, or light gray color to suit facility aesthetic.
