The LMB Dynamic Wrist Extension Assist from DeRoyal is a lightweight and unobtrusive orthosis intended to provide dynamic extension to the wrist following a fracture, crush injury, or injuries to the radial nerves or tendons.

Because the prolonged, passive stretching provided by dynamic splinting has been proven to reduce contractures, the Dynamic Wrist Extension is uniquely designed to specifically deliver this therapy for improved patient treatment results. It will aid in maintaining this constant extension in a resting position while it also allows for active flexion, emanating in faster recovery times and improved range-of-motion (ROM).

Available in three sizes, this product is made in models for either the left or right wrist, while the wrist extension force is also adjustable to more perfectly customize support. Its low-profile design is inconspicuous and comfortable, weighing less than 4 ounces, making it easy to keep the therapy going outside of a clinic setting. .
