The rigid medial support system will safely support ankle ligament injuries such as ankle sprains, ankle arthritis, non-surgical ankle fracture treatment, and early or chronic ankle instability; it can also be worn to help to prevent future injuries.

In determining the correct size of the ankle brace, measure the diameter around your ankle and determine your sizing based on the guide. To put the brace on, all you have to do is to connect the dots! The brace comes with a dot system to help you properly secure the straps to the correct place, in the correct order. Start with the strap that has one dot and secure it to the hook-and-loop pad on the brace with the corresponding dot. Repeat the process until the brace is secure.

This lightweight yet very supportive ankle brace can be comfortably worn over a sock and within a shoe, allowing you to continue normal daily routine and activities. The brace can be machine washed at low water temperature, on the gentle cycle. When washing, make sure the straps are closed and, if possible, wash it in a net bag (net bag is not included). Let it air dry. Do not add bleach or machine dry, as these cleaning methods could result in irreparable damage to the brace.
