The Standard Vertical Cabinet Style Chart Racks are a convenient way to keep 2.75" or 3.5" binder charts in one centrally located place for easy storage and retrieval.

The welded steel, poly-coated frames, and organizers as well as the chip and scratch-resistant vinyl clad steel shelves are durable and long-lasting for use in medical facilities and other businesses with the need for chart organization.

The four silent, smooth-rolling 4" rubber casters allow the chart rack to be easily moved to where and when it is needed and when not in use, it can be moved out of the way within a busy nurse station or a chart room. Two of the casters are lockable to assure added safety when being used or in storage.

The fully enclosed top, back, and sides chart rack has an open face for easy access and chart retrieval and is available with three, four, or five shelves choices. According to the shelf option, the chart rack can hold between eight and forty patient charts or binders.
