With it, you can record messages onto every page of a photo album and let that message play whenever someone opens it. It's an ideal gift for people with amnesia or memory retention challenges, as it can trigger fond memories that they've had in the past.

With the Talking Photo Album, you get 20 pages of photos; each are able to capture messages. These messages can last a maximum of 10-seconds, so you might want to be brief with them. The maximum acceptable size of images is 5x7-inches.

Durability is no problem for the Talking Photo Album. It is made from a sturdy paper material, and it will be easy to store. As long as you keep it away from water or anything that could damage it, you should be fine. You will also love the album's battery-operated nature, making it easy for you to move the photo album around. All you have to do is plug in your (3) AAA batteries, and the photo album comes to life. The Attainment Company has also included a set of batteries in the package, so you won't need to purchase those separately.

How do I record messages for my photos?

Answer:

Slide the OFF/ON switch on the spine to the ON position.

Hold down the Record button, and then squeeze the Play button on the page you want to record.

When the LED lights, speak into the microphone (Mic) from a distance of about 4 inches.

Release the Record button to stop recording, and the LED will turn off. (Recording stops automatically after 10 seconds.)

Repeat the previous 3 steps to record a message on another page.

If a malfunction occurs, use a paperclip to press the Reset button.

How do I replace the batteries on this talking photo album?

Answer:

The Talking Photo Album comes with 2 AAA batteries installed. To replace the batteries, locate the battery compartment on the spine of the album. Remove the screw with a small screwdriver and set aside the battery door.

Remove the old batteries. (Note that messages are not erased when batteries are removed or replaced.)

Insert 2 new AAA batteries into the battery compartment, matching the + and - symbols on the batteries with the + and - symbols on the door.

Replace the battery door and the screw.

How are messages played back on this talking photo album?

Answer:

To play back a message, squeeze the Play button on the page. It does not need not be held down for the entire message.

To replace a message, record over it with a new message.
