U-Vest Pro LSO and TLSO Orthoses with Lifting Assist Handles

The UVest Pro Clinical LSO and TLSO Orthoses are designed to provide vital lumbar sacral or thoracolumbosacral support in multiple configurations to accommodate a variety of thoracic, lumbar, and sacral support needs; all these variations can be supplemented with an additional inserts package for customizable and interchangeable support panels. Patent-pending compression provides additional support that snugly encompasses the wearer around their chest, back, and core for enhanced comfort and security.

In addition to LSO and TLSO support, Clinical UVests feature ten strategically-placed handles that caregivers and therapists can use to help support the patient’s weight, guide or completely direct their movement, and safely lift prone patients up from the floor; these durable handles can also be used by first responders to quickly and conveniently get patients out of dangerous situations and back to safety. The extremely durable, commercial-grade materials are antibacterial, antimicrobial, and mildew resistant to prevent deterioration and maintain sanitation.

A variety of accessories are available to uniquely customize the vest to suit each individual patient. The Short and Long Capes attach securely to the back of the vest where they can then be folded out to support the upper legs, making it much easier to lift almost any patient from a prone position on the floor. The U3 Tri-Point Anchor System connects to the back of the vest and runs between the legs for added stability; additional postural supports are available for the neck, spine, thoracic region, and more. Other accessories include things like hot and cold pack sets, laundry bags, and lead lines.
