Seca's 264/274 Digital Stadiometers are designed to reduce the steps required to accurately measure a patient and comprehend those results, thereby saving valuable time for both the patient and physician. The wireless capability of both the freestanding and wall-mounted stadiometers means they can connect to a Seca wireless printer to print results, an EMR system to update patient records, or an EMR-ready Seca product such as a wireless Seca scale that will calculate the patients BMI from their height and weight measurements. This sophisticated system makes every patient's visit quicker and easier for everyone involved.
Both stadiometers feature both a heel positioner and Frankfurt Line on the headpiece to help the patient stand in precisely the right position for the entire measuring process to ensure their measurements are as accurate as possible the first time. The white, backlit display on the headpiece displays the patient's measurement for at-a-glance reading. The wall-mounted stadiometer features a non-slip rubber mat at the base for added patient stability; the free-standing stadiometer utilizes a stable glass platform and wide base for permanency. Both stadiometers have a measuring range of 30 - 220 centimeters (11 to 72) to accommodate both adults and children.
