The Bathing Cushion Bathtub Lift by Mangar Health fits almost any bathtub and can be fitted and removed in mere moments. This provides an economical alternative to expensive bathroom remodeling.

The lift deflates completely so the user can be fully immersed in water, making it a normal feeling bath.

The Bathing Cushion is easy to remove, especially useful in cases of sharing bathroom space. The cushion lift deflates and becomes portable and easily stored. To clean, simply rinse with clean water after bath and leave to dry inflated.

Safe
The bathing cushion lift is battery powered. With no cables, like other products on the market, there's no safety worries about anything getting wet and becoming dangerous. The hand control is waterproof and is clearly labeled for convenient usability. The suction cups on the button create a secure grip that ensures the lift won't slide during use.

Answer: According to the Product User Manual: "Intended use: The Bathing Cushion is intended solely for use as a bathing aid to assist a person to lower themselves into and out of a bath. Users should have sufficient upper body strength to be able to hold the sides of the bath for added support if required.

Answer: Yes! This cushion already comes with its own air compressor/pump. Operating this product with other air compressors apart from the one included is NOT recommended.

great idea!! Unfortunately the directions for the AirFlo (battery) are obtuse, and even the Mangar customer service people couldnt explain them. I can only hope I did the right things and that the AirFlo continues to operate properly.
It would be nice if they made 2 models, one for heavy people, and one for those of us who arent. I weigh 120 pounds, and the pillows do not completely deflate, making the cushions a little rocky.
On the whole, I love the bathing cushions! I can take a real bath, and getting out of the tub is a breeze--so safe!

brand new and getting ONE bath from a fully charged battery even after carefully reading instructions and following them to the letter about charging before first use. It is nice though and works well.

Im a T6 t7 paraplegic and I originally got this product because I was developing sores on my back end from the hard bath boards. I have an old Victorian bathtub and I just wanted to be able to use it, so decided I would try this product. After trying it out I found that it was perfect. I could use it to take a shower, but I could also deflate the cushion so that I could take a bath while still having enough air to keep my back end protected. It has so far shown to be very durable and worth every penny.

Oh, my goodness. I love a hot bath after work, but since my knee replacement its been so awkward to get in and out of the tub that Id stopped. This product has made it a piece of cake. I get to soak at least once or twice a week. Compared to adapting or remodeling a bath, this cushion is a bargain. I feel very safe using it, and highly recommend the lift. I also use a bath mat in the tub in front of the cushion to make sure that I dont slip while standing up. Ive told a number of friends about it, too.

Superior design and performance
Hip and abdominal weakness following surgery four years ago left me using my arms only to rise from the tub - not a very safe option. I purchased this bathing cushion about 2 years ago and its been a miracle. So nice to be able to recline in a hot bath again. It works every bit as well as shown in the videos. Im very surprised there are few suppliers in the U.S., as this would be a very popular product among aging boomers. Well worth the price.

Mangar Bath cushion,
Since my knee surgery, It has been very difficult for me to get in and out of my deep whirlpool tub. I tried the chair lifts but they leave no room when sitting in the tub. The Mangar cushion when deflated allows you to sit in the tub as if nothing is there, You can also leave a little air in cushion for support. Just inflate the cushion with the air compressor, climb in tub and sit down. Then activate the deflate button and lower yourself into he tub, To get out, reinflate cushion and stand up. Also, the other day I fell and was able to use the cushion to assist me in getting back up in the same way as I could have using the Elk model. A great product. I only wish it was more readily advertised in the U.S.

Excellent product
Quick delivery of a well made product using quality materials. Easy to install and use. Have had both knees replaced and been unable to soak as MD suggested due to weight issues and 75 years of age. I have had product for two weeks and have had great success getting in and out of my bath tub and expect much use in the future as product is of much better quality than I expected. Good buy for the $$$. I have no connection to the company as this excellent review might suggest.
