The Bariatric Home Care Hospital Bed comes with a laminate headboard and footboard that have a pleasant oak finish that won½t clash with other home furnishings. The laminate is a resilient material that resists scratches, dings, and scuffs that are normal to everyday use. The surface is also very easy-to-clean which aid caregivers in maintaining a healthy environment for patients.
The bed is electronically adjusted with the use of a pendant controller that is user-friendly. The bed is equipped with Linak actuators to provide safe and clean movements that will not cause negative or unsafe reactions for oxygen tanks. The actuators are used to ensure smooth and precise motion control to prevent jarring or uneven movements that may make the patient uncomfortable or worse.
The beds split frame construction and quick connect cables ensure that the bed can easily be set up when needed for patients. The bed is CSA compliant and meets current requirements as defined by NFPA.
The optional mattress is designed to conform to the bed as the portions of the bed are raised and lowered.
