How The Butler Experience Works

1) SITE ASSESSMENT: Within 24 hours of your purchase, a professional technician will call you to schedule an assessment of your staircase. Assessments are conducted at a time of your choosing! Most assesments will be conducted over the phone, and you will need a tape measure. *Due to strict guidelines, in-person site evaluations are required if you live in any of these states: California, Oregon, Washington, or Montana.

2) BUILD AND SHIP: After the assessment, the technician will determine the best configuration for your staircase's unique requirements. Whether your staircase is 5-feet long or 15-feet long, there are NOT any additional fees! *Note: This offer is for staircases up to 15-feet long. The technician will order all the required parts for your entire stairlift. You don't have to do a thing! The parts will be shipped directly to you or to the technician.

3) INSTALL: The certified technician will arrange a time to install your new stairlift, based upon your schedule. Installation normally occurs with 3-5 business days after the assessment. The actual installation normally takes less than 6 hours.

4) DONE! Your brand new stairlift is installed. You can rest assured that the stairlift was installed by trusted technicians, and the installation meets or exceeds state and federal safety guidelines.
