Leckey Squiggles 3-in-1 Stander

The Leckey Squiggles Stander is a versatile tool that helps to promote the benefits of standing while keeping the child safe, secure, and comfortable. The convenient and customizable design can be used to help children stand from prone, supine, and upright to allow for versatile therapy options. Standing helps to shape bones and joints, increase the range of motion and endurance of the child, improves blood circulation and breathing, aids in digestion and allows for interaction with peers at the same level, among many other benefits.

Many adjustable features such as the head, chest, hip, and knee supports allow for the clinician to position the child in a way best suited for them and allows for a large range of children to find benefits in the Squiggles Stander. Four fun and bright colors help to spark the child's imagination while also providing an easy to wipe clean and machine washable fabric.

A range of headrests are available to provide varied levels of support, from the flat headrest for children that do not need as much positioning to the contoured headrest with more lateral support.

The cushioned knee supports can be individually adjusted in height, angle, rotation, and depth for standing in the supine position. Cushioned support in the pelvis and chest are also adjustable to allow for comfort, safety, and to allow the Squiggles Stander to grow with the child.

The footplate with optional sandals helps to provide support and correct positioning to the feet, helping to improve overall positioning.

An included tray can be used in any position and is adjustable to allow for comfortable positioning to the user and encourage interactions with objects as well as improved mobility and function of the limbs and upper torso.

The pivot chassis base offers a wide range of tilt and incline options that allow the user to be tilted from vertical to almost completely horizontal. This allows the child to be placed in the system at the preferred therapeutic angle, allowing the child to feel more comfortable and secure. Lockable swivel casters allow the Squiggles Stander to be moved around the classroom or home.
