How do I clean the SaeboStim One Wireless EMS Unit?
Answer: You can clean the controller and electrode wings with a damp cloth and mild soap, then allow them to air dry. You can also use a mild disinfectant or alcohol if you prefer.
How long will the gel pads on the SaeboStim One Wireless EMS Unit last?
Answer: The gel pads will last for approximately 10-12 uses. After this point, you can add a few drops of water to the pad to reactivate its stickiness - just be sure to dry the pads completely prior to attaching them to your skin.
Does the SaeboStim One Wireless EMS Unit have a warranty?
Answer: Absolutely! This device has a 1-Year Limited Warranty on the control unit and a 3-Month Limited Warranty on the wings. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Please note that there is no liability for damages. In no event shall Saebo, Inc., or its suppliers, be liable for any monetary damages whatsoever, including any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. This warranty does not apply if the equipment has been subject to misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, or put to use in violation of instructions furnished by Saebo; has been repaired or altered outside a repair facility factory sanctioned by Saebo. In the event this warranty is deemed inapplicable by Saebo, a repair estimate including parts, labor, and shipping costs shall be provided to the customer, and shall be paid by the customer prior to commencement of repair work.
