The Body-Solid Powerline BSG10X Home Gym is a full gym within a tiny footprint, offering exceptional workouts even in homes and facilities with very little space available. This gym offers a stable platform with several adjustable seating options to accommodate up to 40 exercises without compromising quality or efficiency. The telescoping chrome-plated adjustable seat post allows the body to be positioned properly, and can be adjusted quickly and smoothly for biomechanically correct exercise.

This gym system includes an adjustable 160 pound weight stack with high, mid, and low pulleys, an eight position adjustable press arm and leg developer station, a 48 lat bar and low row bar, and an abdominal harness for safe, multi-functional use. The cables provide a 2200 pound tension strength with swivel ends, and the impact-resistant fiberglass-reinforced nylon has precision-machined steel ball bearings. The heavy-gauge steel frame has an electrostatically applied powder-coat finish to resist scratching and damage.
