New FlexiFoam Active-Contouring Cushion
By actively contouring to a range of face and nose shapes and sizes, the Forma's FlexiFoam cushion adjusts itself to form a tight, yet comfortable seal that won't fall out of place with movement. The FlexiFoam Cushion is soft, lightweight, supportive and smooth material that slides onto the skin. A frosted silicone seal increases the cushion's sealing abilities.

Advanced Bias Noise Reduction Air Diffuser
The Forma's air diffuser seals the CPAP vent and decreases air speed, preventing air from blowing on the CPAP user's sleeping partner. It also slows down the air pressure being exhaled to a more gentler level that reduces noise.

T-Shaped Forehead Support Pad
A T-shaped forehead piece provides support prevents the mask from having to push too hard on the CPAP recipients nose and face in order to maintain a tight cushion seal. This addition distributes pressure and reduces mask movement by providing another point of contact on the face.

Under-The-Chin Frame
With an under-the-chin frame design, there is no need for an extra chin strap to keep the cushion's seal. This feature is beneficial for those who move their jaw during the night.

Glider Strap
A glider strap, which helps maintain the seal by distributing pressure evenly across the face. This CPAP mask addition keeps the mask on the face evenly, even if the head rotates from side to side.

Quick Release Cord
By simply pulling the easy-release cord, the Forma CPAP mask can be taken off in one quick and easy step. The quick release cord allows you to keep the adjustment settings, so when it's time to put the CPAP mask back on, the fit will be the same every time.
