The Joslin Swathe Arm Support Stabilizer is a simple yet effective medical device to improve the comfort and healing process of an injured arm. The arm stabilizer is designed as additional support to a standard arm sling by providing an extra protective layer and a supportive design that will bring the injured arm closer to the protection of the user's body.
The latex-free, soft loop fabric swathe material is cool, lightweight, and will comfortably envelop the injured arm like a soft cloud, gently pulling the arm into a natural, protective position against the user's body. The swathe's design will help limit accidental swinging out of the arm during sudden movements, and gently hold the arm protectively and securely against the user, limiting accidental bumping of the arm against objects in the home or office, against a car door, or when entering or egressing other narrow spaces.
The support stabilizer is machine washable and can be tumbled dry for easy cleaning and sanitation to prolong the use of the swathe. The support stabilizer is available in several sizes; child, adult, or goliath (large adult).
