The Sara Stedy Compact Patient Transfer Aid from Arjo is a simply intuitive patient transfer aid that's designed to allow a single caregiver to easily transition patients with varying levels of mobility. The aid's design is non-powered, meaning that it can be used anywhere and at anytime without the need for a power source. Curved handles provide a comfortable grip for caregivers, allowing them to navigate the device with ease. (2) foot switches operate the width-adjustable chassis. The low clearance of the chassis is designed to slide smoothly under low-seated furniture; the foot-operated wheel locks ensure that the transfer aid remains stationary during use.

The seat of the Sara Stedy Compact has a progressive swivel design. (2) seat panels flip out of the way, facilitating seat entry/exit and simplifying personal hygiene needs.
