The Universal Comfor Shoulder Immobilizer is a medical device that is designed to help the user's injured shoulder area by supporting and immobilizing the joint and muscles through load sharing while also comfortably securing the arm against the body.
The wrist cuff and swathe is constructed of nylon with soft, foam laminate backing, and the web shoulder strap has a metal slide buckle to allow for a universal one-size-fits-most fit. The shoulder strap and cuffs can be attached to the swathe in any comfortable and desired position with the hook-and-loop material that also allows quick and easy adjustments.
The latex-free immobilizer is available in a child, adult, and extra-long adult straight version, and an adult contoured version to better accommodate more of a female fit.
